Dr Juha Vesanto is an expert in customer analytics, with deep knowledge of retail, finance and media businesses. He has long experience from both leading analytics teams and analytics development as well as design and implementation and support in a wide range of customer analytics problems and application areas: segmentation, pricing, prediction, scoring, and social networks analysis to name a few. Before his business career, he was a researcher in the Neural Networks Research Center, one of the global leaders in its field.
