The first AI Monday in 2019 attracted lots of interest. With impressive 200 sign-ups we needed to close early. In the end, no seats were free! Andreas Klug, CMO ITyX opened up, followed by an impressive talk of Malte Pietsch from deepset on evolution of NLP. Mateusz Opala explained the issue of trusting decision made by AI and finally Johann von Herwarth presented the chances of AI in customer service.
