Sandy works as Associate Director Digital Transformation for Linde’s Corporate Digital Transformation unit. Sandy brings a comprehensive background in Digitalization, Innovation, Brand strategy and Marketing with a strong ability to translate technologies into value for business. She has a proven track record in designing and implementing employee and leadership skill-development linked to tangible business value with a focus on AI, digital technologies and business agility. She is responsible for Linde’s Digital Leadership Initiatives. Sandy is an excellent communicator, change manager and leader herself having built her career in innovation environments both in large industry players and consulting. Sandy holds a Diploma in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences Hof and the University of Canberra.
