Ana Simic is the founder of Propeller-AI Consultancy, helping executives navigate digitalization and build AI-augmented organizations through personalized coaching and leadership development. In 2023 she was Managing Director at DAIN Studios Austria, where she led AI-driven transformation and automation programs for large organizations. While the focus of her work is tech- and data-driven, she has been actively supporting women through various initiatives, like A1 Women Network.
